職位描述

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform general clerical duties, such as data entry, filing, general document processing and co-ordination of workflows , etc;
  • Maintain comprehensive filling system and database;
  • Assist in various ad hoc assignments as required by supervisor;
  • Prepare daily report

Requirements

  • Form 5 or above with at least 3 years experience;
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
  • Strong sense of responsibility, well-organized, independently, able to work under pressure;
  • Proficient in PC Knowledge, i.e. MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Chinese Word Processing;
  • Work on an alternate Saturday schedule;
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred
