Department of Chinese Literature

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to the teaching and learning activities in Digital Arts, Creative Industries, Chinese Literature and Culture, and Buddhist Studies;
• Assist in organizing and supporting student and academic activities, including conference, seminars, workshops, student exchange and internships;
• Provide event photography;
• Assist in designing promotional materials for event and programmes;
• Support general office and studio administration;
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Associate degree, Higher Diploma, or above;
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant technical working experience, preferably in AI or Digital Humanities related fields;
• Familiarity with VR, MR and UX related software, such as Unity, Touch Design or Kinnect Azure SDK;
• Knowledge of Projection Mapping Tools;
• Experience in graphic design is an advantage;
• Ability to work independently and proactively, with a strong sense of responsibility;
• Excellent interpersonal, administrative and problem-solving skills;
• Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, fluency in Mandarin is an advantage; and
• Proficient computer knowledge in MS Office, Excel and Chinese Word Processing.
