Project Manager (eMPF)

Responsibilities

• Develop, establish, and embed delivery plans for assigned workstreams within the overall eMPF programme

• Apply standard project management practices including progress tracking, resource planning, dependency and risk management, budget and assumption control

• Collaborate across internal and external teams covering technology, process design, operations, vendor management, and commercial delivery

• Drive, monitor, and report on delivery progress throughout the entire project lifecycle

• Proactively manage risks to optimize project outcomes and ensure timely delivery

• Lead and coordinate indirect teams, including third-party vendors, to ensure alignment and accountability

• Perform all duties necessary to support successful project execution and programme goals

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related discipline

• Minimum 8 years of project management experience, ideally within the financial services industry / public sector

• Hands-on experience in MPF project management is a must

• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent

• Demonstrated success in delivering complex digital projects through all phases, especially testing and implementation

• Experience managing vendor relationships and coordinating external delivery teams

• Fluent in both written and spoken Chinese and English
