Operations Manager - Community Health Development Centers cum Family Life Education Unit (Ref: PHS/C

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day service operations of service units
• Deliver direct professional practice in services and team coaching/ training
• Build up effective community networks and collaborate with external stakeholders and internal service units
• Do evaluation, planning and development of the services
• Promote primary health services in the district

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Social Work with at least 5 years working experience;
• Strong proficiency in community-based service center operations as well as community health care service provisions
• Ability in good proposal writing and reporting
• Mature, dynamic, self-motivated and able to work independently
• Align with the Vision, Mission and Core Values of the Haven of Hope Christian Service
• Candidates with less experience may be considered as Assistant Operations Manager
