免稅店酒品銷售員 (1-year contract) - 香港西九龍站

Location: HK West Kowloon Station

Job Description:

• Deliver exceptional customer service and provide general support to customers in the shop.

• Engage with customers, introducing and promoting our winery products.

• Assist with stock control, ensuring accurate inventory management.

• Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the shop, creating an inviting environment for customers.

• Perform any other assigned ad hoc duties as directed by supervisors.

• Learn and master brand and product knowledge.

工作：

• 提供卓越的客戶服務並為客戶提供支援。 與顧客互動，介紹並推廣酒品。

• 協助庫存控制，確保準確的庫存管理。 保持店面乾淨整潔，為顧客創造一個舒適環境。

• 依照主管的指示履行任何其他指派的臨時職責。 學習並掌握品牌和產品知識。

Requirements:

• Minimum education level of Form 5 or above.

• 1-3 years sales experience in winery products, hospitality industry or duty-free business is preferred.

• Passionate about the wine industry with a strong knowledge of wine is definitely an advantage.

• Responsible and customer-oriented. Good interpersonal and communication skills.

• Energetic with a positive attitude and strong initiative.

• Proficient in spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Putonghua.

要求：

最低教育程度為中五或以上。

具1-3年酒廠產品、旅館業或免稅業務銷售經驗者優先。

對葡萄酒行業充滿熱情並具有豐富的葡萄酒知識者優先。

負責任並以客戶為導向。

良好的人際溝通和溝通能力。

精力充沛，態度積極，主動性強。

精通英語、粵語和普通話的口語和書寫。
