Job Responsibilities :
- Perform General clerical duties, including data input, issue invoices and quotation, and filing, etc.
- Handling incoming calls
- Assist in other ad hoc tasks as required
Job Requirements :
- Form 5 or above,
- Certificates with Chinese Language, English Language and Mathematics Garde E or above, or equivalent academic qualifications
- Fresh Graduates will also be considered
- Well-organized, able to meet tight deadlines, positive attitude, and a strong sense of responsibility
- Fluency in Microsoft Office Suite and Chinese word processing
- Immediate availability is a must
