Job Responsibilities:

Manage daily operational procurement needs, including purchase order follow up, price negotiation, quotation , order processing, payment term, coordinating with suppliers and manage delivery arrangement

Negotiate all costs and pricing with vendors to ensure effective cost control throughout the procurement process

Analyze purchasing data and expenditures to identify cost-saving opportunities and enforce budgetary constraints
-
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal teams to forecast and fulfill supply needs
-
Assist in other and ad-hoc projects as assigned
Job Requirements:
-
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Logistics, Procurement, Supply Chain or relevant disciplines

Minimum of 5 years of purchasing experience

Proactive, self-motivated, and independent
-
Strong negotiation, analytical, communication and problem-solving skills

Willing to travel to overseas suppliers (Europe and Mainland China)

Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Putonghua
