职位描述

Key Responsibilities

Facility and Building Management:

  • Project Coordination: Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring renovation projects, including tender documentation, contractor sourcing, and progress reporting.
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the key point of contact between contractors, internal teams, and service users to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Compliance & Safety: Oversee contract adherence, hygiene standards, and occupational safety checks for all facilities.
  • Change Management: Support staff transitions during renovations, including temporary space allocation and post-renovation feedback collection.

Central administration:

  • Financial Oversight: Manage petty cash reimbursements, claims processing, and coordination with the Finance Department.
  • Event & Hospitality Support: Organize staff catering, logistics for agency-wide events (e.g., annual dinners), and guest reception protocols.
  • Policy & Inventory: Assist in policy revisions, inventory control, and in-kind donation management with proper documentation.
  • Budgeting & Procurement: Contribute to annual planning, vendor assessments, and procurement processes (quotations, payments).

Cross-Departmental Collaboration

  • Reporting & Communication: Deliver KPI tracking, service evaluations, and progress updates to key stakeholders.
  • Ad-Hoc Projects: Participate in emergency response, resource planning, or system improvement initiatives as needed.

Requirements

  • Degree holder in related disciplines or tertiary education in relevant fields with longer relevant experience;

  • Minimum 5 years relevant working experience in central administration, facility or property management;

  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;

  • Skills in Chinese Word Processing, MS Office applications (including, Word, Excel, PowerPoint);

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;

  • Ability to cope with pressure and work under tight schedule (occasionally);

  • Good team player with good organization and project management skills;

  • Must share the commitment of Mother’s Choice in upholding the safety and protection of children as paramount.
