About the role
We are seeking a highly experienced Registered Nurse to join our dynamic team as the Nurse In-Charge for our Day Procedure Centre (Operating Theatre (OT) and Endoscopy). This is a full-time position based in our state-of-the-art facility in Tsim Sha Tsui, Yau Tsim Mong District.
What you'll be doing

Overseeing and managing the daily operations of the Day Procedure Centre (OT and Endoscopy), ensuring the highest standards of patient care and safety

Coordinating and leading the DPC team, including scheduling, training, staff development and performance management

Developing and implementing DPC policies, procedures and protocols to optimize workflows and patient outcomes

Collaborating with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to plan and deliver seamless patient care

Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement

Ensuring compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and industry best practices, including but not limited to Private Healthcare Facilities Ordinance

Managing operational guidelines in line with DPC License

Championing a positive, patient-centric culture and acting as a role model for the DPC team
What we're looking for

A Certificate of Registration (Part I) and a valid Practising Certificate issued by the Nursing Council of Hong Kong and a valid ACLS certificate

Registered Nurse with a minimum of 5 years' post-registration experience, including significant experience in a supervisory or managerial role in an OT or DPC centre, specifically in Endoscopic area

Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing DPC team

Excellent clinical skills and in-depth knowledge of perioperative and endoscopic nursing practices

Strong problem-solving, decision-making and critical thinking abilities

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with patients, families, authorities and the multidisciplinary team

Commitment to continuous professional development and quality improvement

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with electronic medical record systems

Good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin
