Packaging Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Check the artworks, labels and barcodes from supplier before printing
• Manage procedures in works for verification/approval/filing storage, record keeping of artworks for external cooperation with suppliers and internal cooperation with teams of merchandisers/QA/QC
• Coordinate with cross functions/offices for timely communication and alignment on projects and changes
• Guarantee consistency in design and printing quality across all projects following requirements from the customers
• Communicate clearly to suppliers including the lead time, ensure all aspects of product compliance, quality level and on-time delivery; identity and resolve potential problems

Requirements

• Higher Diploma graduate or above (graphic design or related disciplines is preferred)
• Minimum 2 years of project and product development experience in a factory or manufacturing company are preferred
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in using Adobe Creative Suite in a prepress environment, inclusive Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop
• Well organized, attention to details with solution-oriented mindset
• Able to work under pressure and independently
• Sense of result-oriented arrangement by working through teamwork
• Proficient in English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel / Word / PowerPoint / Outlook) applications
• Immediately available is highly preferred
