Purchasing Officer / Purchasing Assistant

 🔹 Job Responsibilities:

• Handle the entire purchasing process, including but not limited to issuing POs, monitoring order & logistics status, and preparing shipping documentation.
• Support daily purchasing operations and communication local/overseas vendors across Japan, Mainland China and local HK.
• Collaborate with freight handlers, shipping providers, warehouse and relevant departments to secure a timely delivery.
• Maintain accurate purchase records, data and update inventory system.
• Ensure all essential import/export documentation, licenses, and customs clearance are correctly secured on ERP systems, Tradelink, ROCARS, cargo insurance etc.

• Carry out ad hoc tasks as needed and take part in outdoor work when necessary.

🔹 Requirements and Experience:

• HKCEE graduated / Diploma or above, in Business related subjects.
• Good command of written & spoken Cantonese, Putonghua and English;
• Able to speak Japanese will be an advantage, but not necessary.
• Proficient in MS office including Word, Excel and Chinese Word processing.
• Have good communication, interpersonal skills, well organized with high accuracy.
• Required working seriously with a high sense of responsibility.
• Minimum of 3 years of working experience in the purchasing field.
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Purchasing Assistant.

• Immediately available is preferred.

🔹Working Location:Kowloon Bay (Mondays to Fridays 09:00a.m. - 18:00p.m.)
