职位描述

Responsibilities:

1.                   Provide full range of support on day-to-day operations to maximize the operation efficiency, and to maintain exceptional customer service standard

2.                   Develop and review operations policies and procedures to ensure smooth daily operations for improving efficiency

3.                   Hiring, training, coaching and monitoring the frontline staff as well as maintain a team of highly motivated staff

4.                   Assist in establishing and monitoring of agreements with agents and contractors to ensure the best level of service at the best price

5.                   Partner with internal department for new business opportunities and contract fulfilment

6.                   Lead a team to provide manpower service support to customer

7.                   Perform any special duties / projects as assigned

Requirements:

Degree holder in Logistics/ Warehouse or related disciplines

3-5 years experience in logistics and operation management experience

Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

Strong people management, planning and organization skills

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
