Shipping Clerk (Japanese Speaking)

Job Duties:

• Manage full set I/E and shipping documents (PL, invoice)
• Update system and handle online related operations
• Coordinate with forwarders for shipping schedule
• Conduct shipment booking and follow-up arrangements with carrier & courier
• Liaise with overseas head office traffic team, forwarders and suppliers
• Data cross-checking
• Prepare and update reports
• Identify problems in operations process and resolve in a timely manner
• Establish, ensure timelines and deadlines are met
• Systemic documentation filing
• Ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Form 7 or above
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in shipping field.
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Good PC skills (especially Excel & PowerPoint)
• Open-minded, hard-working, responsible, self-motivated and good team player
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Japanese(N3 or above)

• Immediate available is preferred
