Business Development Assistant Manager

Responsibilities :

• Work independently to plan, execute and implement business strategies to identify and acquire business and achieve commercial goals
• Initiate, grow, manage and expand business relationships.  Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships and establish cooperation with various types of institutional and corporate clients and partners to drive business growth
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to provide smooth and high-quality services
• Collaborate with both internal & external stakeholders, including healthcare professionals
• Stay up-to-date with policies and regulations to identify business opportunity
• Assist the senior management in performing regular business review and monitor business performance to generate business volume
• Assist in any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree holder, preferably in Healthcare/Business/Marketing and Communications, or medical related disciplines
• Minimum 4 years of business development experience in private medical sector preferred
• Presentable, proactive, independent, self-motivated, customer-oriented and a good team player
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good proficiency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin (both in spoken and written)
• Proficient in MS Office applications
