We are looking for a results-oriented Enterprise Account Manager to drive strategic sales and manage key client relationships, with a focus on AI and Microsoft ERP/CRM solutions. This role requires a consultative approach to understand client needs, deliver tailored solutions, and ensure long-term success. Experience in retail, properties, and distribution sectors will be a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand client business models and challenges, and propose tailored solutions leveraging AI and Microsoft ERP/CRM offerings.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders across client organizations.
- Convert qualified opportunities into revenue in line with agreed sales targets.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline with accurate forecasting and timely reporting.
- Collaborate with marketing and presales teams to develop targeted campaigns and outreach strategies.
- Lead responses to RFPs/RFIs and coordinate internal resources for proposal development and submission.
- Work closely with product, delivery, and customer success teams to ensure seamless implementation and client satisfaction.
- ·Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in AI, ERP, and CRM domains.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales, account management, or business development, preferably in technology or consulting services.
- Strong understanding of AI technologies and Microsoft Dynamics ERP/CRM solutions.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in complex B2B environments.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience managing RFPs/RFIs and working with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics) and sales reporting.
Preferred Attributes
Experience working with clients in retail, properties, and distribution industries.
- Familiarity with business processes and operational challenges in these sectors.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and navigate complex sales cycles.
