Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for channel management in overseas markets (such as Southeast Asia, Europe, North America, and Australia), developing partnership and sales strategies, and achieving sales targets;
2. Provide sales support to channel partners, including training, resource coordination, client negotiation assistance, and sales tool provision;
3. Establish channel incentive policies to motivate channel partners, monitor the sales funnel, analyze data, and optimize partnership models to ensure target achievement;
4. Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure rapid response to channel needs, and collect and provide feedback from overseas customers on product features and pricing strategies.
Qualifications:
1. 3+ years of overseas channel management experience, with a background in SaaS, restaurant technology, or B2B software preferred;
2. Fluent English, comfortable with cross-cultural communication and multi-time zone collaboration;
3. Data-savvy, proficient in CRM tools (such as Salesforce), and able to drive decision-making through analysis;
4. Extensive international industry connections, willingness to travel internationally for communication, strong execution skills, and a goal-oriented approach.
