Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Strategy Planning and Execution:Assist the company in formulating the overall sales strategy planning for overseas business in Southeast Asia, and determine marketing strategies and the timeline. Based on the company's goals, break down the sales goals of Southeast Asian channels, formulate detailed sales plans and budgets, and ensure the effective implementation of the plans.

  2. Channel System Construction and Management:Build and optimize the channel cooperation system in Southeast Asia, formulate channel cooperation strategies, including the screening, signing and management of partners such as agents and distributors. Provide training, sales support and technical support for channel partners, establish effective channel incentive policies to stimulate the enthusiasm of channels and improve the sales ability and performance of channels. Monitor the channel sales funnel, analyze channel sales data, and adjust cooperation models and strategies in a timely manner to ensure the achievement of sales goals.

  3. Market Development and Customer Relationship Maintenance:Be responsible for the development of the Southeast Asian market, explore potential customers and market opportunities, and increase the penetration rate and market share of the catering SaaS products in the Southeast Asian market. Regularly conduct research on market trends, competitor dynamics and user needs in Southeast Asia, collect and feed back to headquarters so as to optimize the product localization plan and pricing strategy. Maintain a good relationship with important customers and partners in Southeast Asia, solve customer problems, and improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

  4. Team Management and Collaboration:Form and lead the Southeast Asian channel sales team, formulate team management systems and processes, and clarify the responsibilities and division of labor of team members. Conduct performance appraisals and incentives for team members, provide career development guidance and training, and enhance the overall combat effectiveness and cohesion of the team. Cooperate with relevant internal departments of the company, such as product, technology and marketing, to ensure that the needs of channels can be quickly responded to and effectively solved.

Job Qualifications:

  1. Educational Background:Bachelor's degree or above. Majors related to business management, marketing, international trade are preferred.

  2. Working Experience:More than 5 years of sales management work experience in the SaaS industry or catering technology industry, and more than 3 years of sales or channel management experience in the Southeast Asian market. Familiar with the business of at least 2 countries in Southeast Asia. Those with successful cases of developing the Southeast Asian market from scratch are preferred. Those with management experience in multinational enterprises or regional headquarters are preferred.

  3. Professional Skills:Possess strong market analysis and insight abilities, be able to quickly capture market opportunities in Southeast Asia and formulate effective marketing strategies. Be proficient in using CRM tools and be able to drive sales decisions through data analysis and optimize sales processes and strategies.

  4. Language Skills:Fluent in English and able to use it as a working language for business communication and negotiation. Those who master major Southeast Asian languages, such as Malay, Thai, Vietnamese, etc., will be an advantage.

  5. Comprehensive Qualities:Possess cross-cultural team management abilities, be able to adapt to the cultural and business environment in Southeast Asia, and effectively motivate and empower local employees. Adapt to high-intensity business trips and cross-time zone cooperation, have strong stress resistance, and be able to flexibly respond to challenges and solve problems in a complex and changeable market environment.
