Overview:
Tech-Trans is a leading IT services and solutions provider in Hong Kong, Mainland China and Macau.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven sales professional to drive revenue growth by promoting our diverse portfolio of IT solutions. This role is perfect for a relationship-builder who excels at managing the full sales cycle and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate Strategic Relationships: Build and maintain strong, long-term partnerships with both customers and vendors.
  • Drive Solution Sales: Actively promote and sell our comprehensive IT offerings, including hardware, software, networking, security, and cloud services.
  • Identify and Pursue Opportunities: Proactively seek out new sales leads and market opportunities to exceed sales targets.
  • Manage the Sales Cycle: Take ownership of the entire sales process—from initial prospecting and lead qualification to closing deals and ensuring post-sale satisfaction.
  • Deliver Compelling Proposals: Conduct professional sales presentations and develop tailored quotations and proposals that address specific client needs.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • A high school diploma is required; a degree in Business or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven track record in sales, with specific experience in the IT industry.
  • Candidates with less experience/ Fresh Graduate will be considered for the Sales Executive role.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
