Job Description
We are an education centre - looking for a proactive and detail oriented Personal Assistant to support daily administrative and operational tasks The ideal candidate should be capable of multitasking, highly organized, and able to adapt quickly in a fast paced working environment The role requires practical experience in administrative support, coordination, and data management using digital tools and AI based platforms
Job Scope
1 Assist in daily administrative and scheduling duties including meeting arrangements email correspondence and travel coordination
2 Prepare reports and analyze data using Excel including formulas pivot tables and charts
3 Manage and organize internal documents files and workflow updates
4 Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth communication and follow up on tasks
5 Conduct research gather information and assist in drafting proposals or presentations
6 Learn and apply new technologies including AI tools to improve work efficiency
7 Handle sensitive or confidential information with a high level of professionalism
Requirements
1 At least one to two years of relevant experience in administrative or personal assistant roles
2 Strong multitasking and time management skills
3 Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel formulas and data handling
4 Excellent command of English and Chinese both written and spoken
5 Willing to learn quickly and embrace the use of AI and new digital tools
6 Detail oriented with strong problem solving and communication skills

職位要求
1 具備最少一至兩年相關行政或個人助理工作經驗
2 具備良好的多工處理及時間管理能力
3 熟悉Microsoft Office特別是Excel公式及數據管理
4 具備良好的中英文書寫及溝通能力
5 願意快速學習 並能接受新科技及AI工具的使用
6 細心認真 具備良好的解難能力及溝通技巧
