Head of Supply Chain

Principal Accountabilities:

• Evaluate, develop and maintain metrics to assess performance and implement improvements to our entire supply chain operation
• Lead and manage the Warehouse, Order Processing, and Logistics Teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
• Conceptualize and operationalize strategies that increase speed, flexibility, and agility across the value chain
• Strive for operations excellence and continuous productivity improvement on the daily operations and workflow management of the supply chain
• Study external industries & trends and conduct competitive analysis in order to identify white space opportunities and make recommendations for application within business
• Lead and support relevant supply chain related multi-functional projects and drive transformation of operations when required

Qualifications and Experience:

• Degree holder in Business Administration / Supply Chain / Logistics or related disciplines
• At least 10 years of relevant work experience, preferably in logistics, supply chain industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within Supply Chain Management
• Proven experience in improving productivity, standard KPI setup and benchmarking as well as cost improvement
• Strong understanding of supply chain best practices, including lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies
• Effective leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach and develop a team
• Excellent communication, analytical, decision making and problem-solving skills
• Good command of spoken and written in English and Chinese
