Senior Designer

 About the role:

In this role as Senior Designer, you will be supporting the development of the strategic brand projects at headquarters for GP Batteries, KEF and Celestion. In our journey to elevating our brand appeal globally, from conceptualisation to crafting executions with high level aesthetics and design consistency, and following up with the implementation teams.

 Responsibilities:

• Creating diverse marketing assets for product launch campaign, advertisement, packaging design and events, etc.

• Ensure brand consistency throughout various marketing projects.

• Deliver designs that inspire the team, the stakeholders to deliver forward thinking, creative ideas both conceptually and technically. 

• Hands on approach from concept definition, mood board development to high quality graphic output.

• Deliver top notch presentations that clearly articulate your ideas.

• Utilize all available resources. Ensure the project delivered within time constraints.

• Manage and build relationships with internal & external stakeholders to ensure design quality.

• Take a strong design stance, challenge the status quo, suggest constant design improvements and innovative art directions

 Requirements Job Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor degree in design or related field

• 3- 5 years of experience in graphic design

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite

• Knowledge on AI and 3D software (Sketch-up, Blender) preferred

• Outstanding portfolio, color and typography design preferred

• Experience in packaging design, spatial and exhibition design preferred

• Strong team player, and be able to work independently and maturely

• Able to think from a broad design perspective and execute the strategy and plans with care

• Strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder management
