Job Description

Job Description:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support including filing, data entry, document preparation, and handling mail and courier arrangements
  • Greet visitors and manage incoming calls, mail, and deliveries
  • Oversee procurement & office supplies, including sourcing, price negotiations, purchase orders, and payment requisitions
  • Coordinate repair and maintenance of office equipment
  • Assist in monitoring progress of license and insurance renewals/applications.
  • Input data and upload relevant documents into internal systems to facilitate payments and expense claims
  • Coordinate and assist in company events and activities
  • Arrange travel logistics including transportation, accommodation, and itineraries
  • Occasionally assist with outdoor tasks such as banking or document delivery


Requirements:

  • HKCEE / HKDSE graduate or above, with 2-3 years of experience in administrative or office support roles
  • Experience in handling ISO documents would be an advantage
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Good PC skills including MS Excel and Chinese word processing
  • Independent, self-motivated, and a strong team player.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Immediately available is preferred
