Office Services Assistant - ESF Centre

ESF Centre is seeking to recruit an Office Services Assistant to join the team.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain an adequate level of refreshment supplies, including regular stock checks and replenishment as needed
• Provide regular refreshment service to staff
• Assist with room set-up
• Assist with setting up and cleaning for all outside catering
• Provide tea and coffee service to executives and VIP visitors, ensuring a high standard of hospitality at all times
• Rotating stock in cupboards, fridges as required
• Help ensure the tidiness of the office area and meeting rooms
• Maintain a presentable, courteous, and professional manner when interacting with staff, guests, and external partners
• To perform other duties and assumes accountabilities as apparent or as delegated, including mutually agreed upon objectives

Qualifications:

• Basic Cleaning Skills
• Secondary school graduate or equivalent
• 2 to 3 years of relevant experience
• Previous work experience in a corporate setting will be an advantage
• Good communication skills
• Fluent in Cantonese and able to communicate briefly in English
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Positive attitude and a willingness to learn
