職位描述

Job Duties

  • Provide clerical support to the Department
  • Data Entry using computer
  • Filing documents
  • Checking records
  • Perform simple calculations
  • Prepare standard form letters and file management
  • Outdoor work (occasionally)

 Requirement

  • F.6 or above / diploma holder in related discipline
  • Good command of English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, fast and accurate English and Chinese typing
  • Responsible, attentive to details, independent, initiative and hardworking
  • Immediate Available is preferred
  • Experience or fresh graduates will also be considered
