Job Description
Skin & Beam is a leading medical aesthetics center in Hong Kong. We are seeking a Clinic Operations Specialist with hospitality management background to optimize our clinic's operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
• Analyze clinic operational processes and identify improvement opportunities
• Optimize patient appointment and treatment scheduling systems
• Coordinate workflow between medical teams and therapists
• Establish and manage customer complaint handling mechanisms
• Handle complex customer complaints and follow up on improvement measures
• Train front-line staff on service skills and reception standards
• Monitor service quality and operational efficiency indicators
• Develop operational standards and service process guidelines
• Execute and analyze customer satisfaction surveys
• Support daily clinic operations and other assigned duties
Ideal Candidate
• Hospitality management degree or relevant operational management experience
• 3+ years of service industry operational management experience
• Excellent communication skills (Cantonese/Mandarin and English preferred)
• Process analysis and optimization capabilities
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills
• Excellent cross-departmental coordination abilities
