Operations Executive

Joining our team as Operations Executive will see you directly impact Link Healthcare in our Hong Kong operations and across the South East Asia region. This allrounder role will provide you with plenty of variety; administration, customer service and logistics tasks, supporting our friendly HK team. The role is based from our Kowloon Bay office, with opportunity for some flexible work arrangements.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Providing accurate, timely administrative support to our HK team
• Providing friendly and efficient customer service
• Supporting our warehouse function with incoming and outgoing stock
• Maintaining a happy healthy working environment

REQUIREMENTS

• Demonstrated experience in an administrative or customer service role
• Previous experience with logistics activities highly regarded.
• Well developed verbal and written communication (Cantonese and English)
• Motivated and adaptable, with a proactive approach to problem solving
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, as well as in a virtual team environment
