Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Account development through client engagement activities.
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales services in order to exceed customer satisfaction levels.
- Manage the day-to-day sales operations including but not limited to handling of customer inquires/tenders, sales documents, point of sales materials delivery, preparing sales contract, managing customers, collecting feedback and updating customer information into company database.
- Liaise and collaborate with other internal partners to achieve company goals.
- Participate ad hoc sales activities or sales promotion projects when necessary.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or above in Business Studies, Marketing / Engineering is a plus.
- At least 2-3 years sales experience is required.
- Good interpersonal and presentation skills, problem-solving skills, able to work on different tasks simultaneously, and result-oriented.
- Outgoing personality, competitive in nature and able to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
