Product Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze user needs, output clear and feasible product goals, and participate in the design of decentralized wallets/centralized exchanges.
• Responsible for product prototypes, requirement pools, flowcharts, and feature lists.
• Participate in requirement review and priority determination, coordinate with R&D, UI, and testing to drive requirement implementation, and be responsible for following up on development schedules, acceptance, and deployment.
• Review test cases to ensure that tests cover product requirements and business scenarios.
• Possess strong sensitivity to the digital asset industry and a certain understanding of mainstream public chains, wallet ecosystems, and trading scenarios.
• Proficient in using online collaboration tools, continuously track project progress, and ensure node delivery.

Job Requirements:

• Associate degree or above in software engineering, computer science, or related fields; experience in exchanges or digital asset management systems is preferred.
• At least 1 year of software product design experience; experience in payment, trading, financial, or blockchain products is preferred.
• Proficient in prototyping tools such as Axure, Mockplus, and Figma, as well as process and thinking tools such as Visio, ProcessOn, and XMind.
• Understands the complete software product development process from requirements gathering, design, development, testing to deployment; possesses strong documentation and structured thinking skills.
• Able to accurately extract product logic and highlights; possesses strong learning, analytical, and innovative abilities.
• Proficient in using project management tools for efficient development management.
• Possesses a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, strong self-motivation, and is responsible for deliverables.
