OBI Group Sourcing is the sourcing unit for the OBI Group in Asia. Its key responsibility is the scouting, sourcing, quality assurance as well as organising the corresponding logistics for products sourced in Asia. Beside the main offices in Hong Kong and Shanghai, an additional representative office is located in Ho Chi Minh City.

Responsibilities:

Graphic design (artwork creation and manual desktop publishing)

• Formulate and develop packaging design for our own brand sales packaging
• Follow up on the photo editing and retouching for final artwork, sales brochures, catalogues, point of sale and online shop
• Coordinate and collaborate with specialists, headquarters to fulfill the graphic job in time
• Maintain good record of packaging open data and project status in system
• Handle projects independently
• Perform other ad-hoc projects as assigned (e.g. product selection workshop promotion/advertising, product presentation, 3D Design projects)

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in graphic or packaging design
• At least 5 years’ experience in Graphic Design field
• Able to multi-tasking, manage variety of projects at the same time in a structural manner
• Be flexible in managing timelines for project changes in different stages
• Proficiency in design software - Adobe illustrator, Adobe InDesign and Photoshop
• Solid knowledge in output production, photo retouching and printing process
• Creative mind and solid experience in handling artwork & color box coordination
• Strong communication, organizational skills and problem solving skills, detail-minded
• Excellent time management, independent, self-motivated and strong sense of responsibility
