Responsibilities:

Provide full spectrum of office administration duties.

To maintain personnel record, including attendance and leave record

Handle correspondence independently
-
Back up receptionist duties including greeting guests and handling incoming calls, handling incoming/outgoing mails and couriers

To assist ad hoc duties when necessary
Requirement:
-
Diploma or above
-
At least 3 years’ of solid experience in HR & Office Administration work
-
Good interpersonal and communication skills
-
With ability to work with different levels of staff
-
Detail-minded, self-motivated and with strong sense of responsibility
-
Proficiency in MS office Application and Chinese word processing
