Responsibilities
- Assist with daily operational functions, coordinate cultural educational programmes for local schools.
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries via WhatsApp and phone, as well as preparing and reviewing quotes and cost summaries.
- Maintain projects schedule and monitor back-office operations, including procurement, inventory and logistics.
- Provide briefings for instructors as well as on-site support of the events.
Requirements
- 1 year’ work experience in event management, customer service, education, business operation or related fields.
- Highly self-motivated with a strong ability to multitask and prioritise.
- Excellent organisational, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility to work outside usual hours (9:30-18:30) once in a while as needed.
