Job Description

  • Handle general administrative and clerical support, data entry, filing, maintain document accuracy
  • prepare and organize purchase orders, invoices and reports
  • assist in internal and external customer project coordination
  • manage and update all purchase documents and records

Requirements

  • F.5 or above
  • Fluency in Cantonese and proficiency in reading Chinese.
  • 5 years of clerical work experience
  • Proficiency in MS applications
  • Attention to details, team-player, good attitude and able to work independently
  • Immediately available is preferred
