Job Description

Responsibilities

  • To draft menu for luncheons, banquets and special events
  • To prepare dishes and snacks for all events held at Penthouse
  • To maintain the hygiene and proper conditions of the working environment and kitchen appliances
  • To monitor the inventory level and quality of ingredients and perform monthly stocktaking
  • To perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisor

Requirements

    At least 15-year experience in catering industry, preferably in hotels or restaurants; professional technique in cooking Chinese cuisine

  • 負責設計宴會和特別活動的菜單
  • 負責為宴會廳舉辦的所有活動預備及烹調食品
  • 負責保持廚房清潔以及日常運作,包括處理食物、清潔及保養煮食用具等工作
  • 管理食材存量及每月進行盤點
