職位描述

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the full spectrum of C&B operations.
  • Post job advertisements on various platforms and manage inquiries.
  • Input and maintain data in HR systems.
  • Support daily operations to maintain a productive work environment.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and maintenance requests.
  • Assist with any ad hoc tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of HR generalist or HR & Admin experience, ideally in the retail or FMCG industry.
  • Well-versed in local employment legislation.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, able to multitask, and work independently.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
  • Prior experience in a regional HR role is a plus.
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred.
