職位描述

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle all-rounded HR functions including but not limited to payroll, compensation and benefits administration, recruitment and employee relations
  • Responsible for the overall management and implementation of HR & Admin policies, procedures and guidelines
  • Provide full spectrum of Office Administration supports including general office administration, procurement, fixed assets management, company events, office renovation and maintenance
  • Experienced in Medium-sized companies

Requirements

  • Degree or above in Human Resources Management or Business Studies or related disciplines
  • With at least 5 years’ solid experiences within HR & Admin functions
  • Familiar with Employment Ordinance and all other HR related laws and regulations in Hong Kong
  • Strong sense of responsibility with good analytical skill, flexible and detail-minded
  • Self-motivated, independent, multi-tasking and a good team player
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in MS office application including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good command in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
