As a Yacht Broker, you will play a pivotal role in our luxury yacht sales team. You will work closely with senior brokers to service both new and existing clients, learning all aspects of the yacht sales industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales:

  • Actively seek out new brokerage listings and sales opportunities.
  • Attend and participate in company marketing events to generate leads and build relationships.
  • Network within marinas and other relevant industries to expand your professional network.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Client Service:

  • Assist senior brokers in servicing clients, providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
  • Learn and understand the needs and preferences of high-net-worth individuals.
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all client interactions.

• Administration:

  • Prepare new brokerage listings for advertising.
  • Assist with ad hoc projects as required.

Candidate Requirements:

• Sales Focus: A proven track record in sales, preferably within the luxury goods sector (automotive, property, jewelry, etc.).
• High Achievement: A strong drive to succeed and a passion for achieving sales targets.
• Client-Centric: A customer-focused mindset with the ability to build relationships and understand the needs of high-net-worth individuals.
• Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Networking Skills: A natural ability to network and build relationships within the luxury yacht industry.
