Manager - Quality Compliance & Sustainability (Freight Forwarder)

Responsibilities

ESG

• Develop and implement ESG strategies, policies and frameworks that align with the Company’s values and goals;
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate ESG practices across all business units;
• Conduct thorough ESG assessments to identify key sustainability risks, opportunities and performance indicators;
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to provide strategic recommendations to the Management on ESG-related matters.

Quality & Compliance

• Develop, implement and review company’s quality management system;
• Liaise and collaborate with internal and external parties to achieve process improvement, quality management and risk management;
• Oversee and manage the company policies in compliance with local and international rules and regulations, standard and guidelines;
• Plan and arrange internal and external audit programs;
• Plan and conduct regular trainings for colleagues to build awareness of practices in Quality, Compliance and Sustainability;
• Prepare necessary reports and support ad-hoc projects as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Sustainable Management, Environmental Science, Business Administration or other relevant disciplines;
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years at a managerial level;
• Familiarity with ESG frameworks and standards;
• Proven ability to lead and implement ESG initiatives in complex, cross-functional environments;
• Well-versed in ISO standards and airfreight regulations;
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and project managing skills;
• Strong command of both spoken and written in English and Chinese;
• Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel).
