QA ENGINEER/SENIOR QA ENGINEER/SUPERVISOR (TOYS/NURSERY/HARDLINES)

Job Description

• Arrange the product testing & certification for customer orders and closely follow-up with test lab/suppliers/internal team on all issues.
• Work with factories & 3rd Party testing lab for sample drawing and submission.
• Help to provide requested technical information and reports/certs to customers.
• Follow up the Corrective & Prevention Action Plan with our vendors/factories after customer’s audit, to ensure they can comply with customer’s requirements.
• Maintain the testing/audit spreadsheets and test doc in highly accurate.
• Follow up quality improvement plans for suppliers/factories based on inspection findings or complaints from customers.
• Review product samples in terms of workmanship, construction, compliance with US/EU norms/ standards/directive, work on problem solving actively with test lab, supplier, engineer.
• Check artwork, IM, labels in terms of legal compliance & accuracy of technical specs.
• Frequent travel to China and Oversea to monitor the production to meet company standard and quality acceptable level.
• Assist in supervising the subordinate tasks to complete in a timely manner.
• Any other ad-hoc task or duties as required.

Requirements

• Diploma or above in engineering or quality or other disciplines
• Knowledge in Quality Tools to drive quality improvement and enhancement.
• Self-motivated, hard-working, good problem solving, communication skills & inter-personal skills, strong team player.
• Willing to learn, be patient, able to work independently with minimum supervision and manage various priorities and multiple tasks in a fast paced and deadline-oriented environment and under pressure.
• Passionate, proactive, dedicated, action-oriented, customer-centric, and willing to take initiatives and make positive changes.
• Good time & tasks management skill.
• Good command of both written and oral English & Putonghua
• Good at operational of Microsoft Office & Advanced Excel skill set.
• Frequent travel to China and Oversea if necessary
• Applicants with at least 5 years of work experience in quality field, more experience will consider as Senior QA Engineer or QA Supervisor.
