We're a dynamic, growing and listed PCB manufacturing company in Hong Kong, seeking an experienced QA Manager to lead quality assurance efforts. In this key role, you'll ensure our circuit boards meet rigorous industry standards, from design to production, while fostering innovation and compliance in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain a robust Quality Management System (QMS) compliant with ISO 9001, IPC standards, and customer specifications for PCB fabrication and assembly.

- Lead the QA team in conducting inspections, audits, and testing (e.g., AOI, X-ray, functional testing) to monitor defect rates, yield, and process reliability.

- Perform root cause analysis (RCA), FMEA, and CAPA to resolve issues in PCB manufacturing processes like etching, soldering, and multilayer assembly.

- Collaborate with engineering, production, and suppliers to ensure materials (e.g., laminates, copper foils) meet RoHS, UL, and automotive/military specs.

- Drive continuous improvement using Six Sigma, Lean, and SPC tools to reduce COPQ and enhance first-pass yield.

- Manage certifications, internal audits, and regulatory compliance; prepare reports on quality metrics and trends.

- Train staff on quality protocols and promote a culture of zero defects in high-volume PCB production.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronics, or related field; 5+ years in QA, with 2+ years in PCB manufacturing and team leadership.

- Strong knowledge of PCB-specific standards (IPC-A-610, J-STD-001) and tools like Gerber files, impedance testing, and thermal analysis.

- Proven experience in root cause analysis, statistical process control, and supplier quality management.

- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills; ability to thrive in a deadline-driven setting.

- Preferred: experience in high-mix/low-volume PCB production.
