Quality Manager (5 days station in PRC)

We are an integrated electronics manufacturing services providers, HK based with factories in Guangdong and Vietnam.

We would like to invite high caliber individuals to fill the following vacancy.

Position : Quality Manager (5 days station in PRC) 

Major Responsibilities

·         Responsible for the testing, controlling and improving of product quality in the production process, solving quality problems and liaise with supplier / customers for all quality issues.

·         Solid experience in the establishment, implementation & maintenance quality system.

• Oversee product testing activities at manufacturing facilities to ensure products meet safety, durability, and performance requirements.
• Work with Procurement Team and Engineering team to conduct new product inspection / testing from EP to PP.  Analyze and report / follow up the testing result.
• Perform supplier quality assessments and support Procurement Team on supplier development activities.
• Participate in design reviews to provide input on quality considerations.
• Periodic audit at customers’ or suppliers’ factories for new/existing products by reviewing and evaluating suppliers’ capabilities.
• Drive and collaborate with internal teams to resolve any quality-related issues, practice root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, good leadership and supervisory skills.
• Knowledge with experience in ISO 9000 and ISO 14000 is a must.  Preferrable knowledge in ISO13485, IATF16949 and other quality standards are advantage.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronic/Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• At least 8 years or above of experience manufacturing sector.
• Less experience will be considered Assistant Quality Manager.
• Excellent in spoken & written English and fluency in Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
• Expertise in quality management principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Excellent and effective Interpersonal and Communication skills

• Responsible, proactive, open minded and a good team player
• Computer literacy in MS Excel, MS Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and other SPC software
• High level of self-motivation, energy and accountability; ability to work both independently and as a team in a fast-paced working environment;
• PRC base and willing to travelling to Vietnam and overseas.
