Purpose of the Role: We are looking for a detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to manage day-to-day purchasing activities, ensure smooth procurement operations, and maintain strong supplier relationships. This role focuses on execution, compliance, and stakeholder support while adhering to Company policies.

 

Expectations of the Role:

 

  • Execute the procurement activities, including vendor sourcing, pricing negotiation and contract management

  • Support RFx processes (RFQ, RFP, RFI), bid evaluations, and vendor communications

  • Liaise with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery of goods/services at competitive prices

  • Monitor supplier performance and address operational issues (delays, quality concerns)

  • Perform vendor management and maintain updated records of vendor databases, pricing, and procurement transactions

  • Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures

  • Collaborate with internal teams to fulfil procurement requests efficiently

 

Attributes Required:

Must-Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field

  • With over 3 years of solid experience in procurement, purchasing, or vendor management

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and resolve operational issues

  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese)

Advantage to Have:

  • Familiarity with PO systems, RFx processes, and basic contract terms

  • Basic negotiation skills and cost-awareness

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and ERP/procurement tools (if applicable)
