Logistics Coordinator

What’s the role about?  

Supporting the Logistics Supervisor, this role is to ensure accurate delivery by communicating with our stakeholders and maintaining proper shipment documentation. Specifically, the role is to:

• Maintain, update, and monitor freight cost in the freight management system by verifying freight/warehouse invoices from 3PL

• Maintain a record of shipment cost in relation to relevant payment

• Ensure all warehouse transactions including goods receipt and released are processed and recorded properly and timely

• Consolidate shipping documentation and communicate with 3PL on shipment and customs clearance areas

• Create purchase orders for consolidated goods ex-Shenzhen warehouse for good replenishments to subsidiaries and direct shipments

• Support and monitor vendors following the shipping instruction to fulfil the requirements from direct customers and De’Longhi subsidiaries

• Plan and schedule the rework order for markets

• Work closely with vendors, back office and shipping teams for 3rd party good inspection and shipment arrangement

• Support Grand Sales activities and warehouse operation, such as physical stock-taking

What we are looking for:   

• Working experience in shipping or logistics is preferable

• Experience in SAP is an advantage

• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese 

• As an effective communicator is essential for the role

• Self-motivated, well-organized and able to work under pressure

• Able to work independently & good interpersonal skill

• Able to understand and illustrate complex situations with stakeholders are critical skills

• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
