Factory Manager (Station in PRC)

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall management of our Foshan Metal Products factory.
• Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company objectives.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement to boost productivity, reduce costs, and enhance quality.
• Manage and supervise production staff; monitor performance and provide guidance.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational improvements.
• Identify and resolve production issues; implement continuous improvement measures to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure smooth factory operations through effective employee and industrial relations management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in production management, preferably in the metal manufacturing or metal products industry.
• Strong work ethic and a professional attitude.
• Proven ability to make strategic decisions and drive business growth.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with the latest construction technology and trends is highly recommended.
• Experience with production planning, inventory management, and ERP systems.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in Chinese and Mandarin; English is a plus.
• Stationed in Foshan, Guangdong.
