Temporary Publicity Officer (Government Contract - 6 Months Renewable)

Job Responsibilities:

• Implementing initiatives for enhancing the engagement programmes and publicity;

• Planning, coordinating and implementing publicity campaigns, e.g. roadshow, exhibition, outreach programmes etc;

• Coordinating event logistic, implementing marketing projects such as promotion, corporate events, video production, publication, collaterals and premiums & gifts etc.;

• Delivering support to the department for all aspects of projects & event management;

• Undertake such additional tasks as the supervisors in the department may direct from time to time;

• Assisting in project and event coordination for marketing, publicity and promotion activities;

• Preparing project report, meeting notes, presentation, and project schedule etc; and

• Handling other duties as assigned by other EMSD's officers.

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor Degree holder;

• At least 4 years including 3 of relevant experience in marketing, public relations, media, social media management, customer relation management (CRM),　copywriting and/or event management;

• Available immediately

About the Job:

Working time: 0900am-0600pm in weekdays from Monday to Friday ( General Holidays)

Working Location : EMSD Headquarter

Contract Period : 6 months (Renewable)
