職位描述

Campus Management Section

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient daily operations at the College;
  • Coordinate and support departmental events, meetings, and activities including meeting table setup, beverage & refreshment arrangement, reception desk supply and setup etc.
  • Assist in managing statistical data, including compiling and preparing reports;
  • Handle inquiries from students and visitors, ensuring high-quality reception services;
  • Manage procurement and distribution of office supplies and correspondence across campus;
  • Perform inventory control for staff quarters and assist colleagues with operational claim forms;
  • Perform ad hoc support or duties as assigned to support the college’s goals and operations.

Requirements

  • A bachelor degree or equivalent qualification will be an advantage;
  • Preferably with 2 years relevant working experience, especially in Educational Institute;
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (Both Cantonese and Putonghua);
  • Proficient computer knowledge in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing;
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage schedules and communications effectively;
  • Strong multitasking and time-management abilities;
  • Attentive to detail, highly self-motivated, and able to work under pressure;
  • Be a good team member with good communication skills;
  • Willing to work on weekend in case of special event with compensation leave.
