Responsibilities:
· External delivery & collection of documents, including bank deposits..etc.
· Handle daily office administrative duties
· Assist with pantry related matters
· Assist with ad hoc matters as necessary
Requirements:
· Form 3 or above with at least 1 year's relevant experience
· Can read and write Chinese, simple English & Putonghua
· Pleasant, polite, responsible and cooperative team player
· Experience in CPA / law firm a definite advantage
· Immediately available preferred
職責:
· 負責外勤遞交文件、包括銀行入帳等
· 處理日常辦公室事務
· 協助茶水間事宜
· 執行其它獲委派之工作
任職要求:
· 中三或以上程度
· 1年相關工作經驗
· 懂閱讀及書寫中文及簡易英文
· 勤奮、 誠懇有禮、 團隊合作及具責任感
· 具會計師/律師事務所經驗優先考慮
· 能即時上班者優先考慮
