職位描述

Responsibilities:

  • Provide full spectrum of administrative and secretarial support to professional service team

  • Provide clerical & administrative support to Training Committee on internal training matters

  • Timely and accurately processing of regular reports

  • Maintain proper, relevant and up-to-date filing system

  • Liaise with internal staff and external parties for daily operations Perform miscellaneous assignments and handle ad hoc duties as required

 

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above

  • At least 4 years of working experience; previous experience with professional firm is an advantage

  • Proficient in MS Office including Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Chinese word processing skill is essential

  • Good command of written and verbal skill in English, Cantonese and Putonghua

  • Self-motivated, reliable and good team player

  • Able to work independently and initiated with strong commitment

  • Candidate with more relevant experience can be considered as Administrative Officer

  • Immediate available is preferred

  • Welcome elderly and middle-aged candidates
