Business Valuation - Senior Associate / Assistant Manager

職位描述

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare independent professional valuations on different types of assets and liabilities for various purposes including but not limited to financial reporting, transaction, litigation, financing or internal reference;

  • Perform industry research and stay up to date with relevant regulations, market trends and developments;

  • Preparation of alternative calculation and review of valuation models, financial forecasts, and analytical reports for audit review purposes, including IAS36, IFRS9, and IFRS16;

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support other service lines to perform necessary valuation engagements;

  • Provide support in the preparation of client presentations, internal and external reports;

  • Participate in meetings with clients and present valuation findings and recommendations;

  • Assist in the development and improvement of valuation models and templates;

  • Other duties as assigned by management for practice development

Requirements:

  • At least 2-year experience in business valuation and intangible assets valuation, or 3-years’ experience in audit or accounting related profession for senior associate;

  • Good understanding of financial statements, accounting standards, and financial analysis techniques;

  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua;

  • Attention to details and good communication skills;

  • Excellent command of Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point;

  • Occasional travel outside Hong Kong may be required;

  • Candidates with more experience will be considered for Assistant Manager position;

  • Candidates with less experience will be considered for Associate position
