Audit Partner / Senior Manager / Manager (For US PCAOB engagements)

• Solid audit experience in PCAOB engagements
• Holder of AICPA/HKICPA

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage professional team to deliver quality US listed companies IPO, 10-Q and 10-K audits and PCAOB engagements

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions

• Mentor and guide professional staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

• Identify opportunities for service expansion and contribute to business development initiatives.

• Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices to provide strategic insights to clients.

• Ensure adequate and appropriate policies, procedures and controls to comply with the relevant regulatory requirements

Requirements:

• Holder of AICPA/HKICPA qualification is preferred

• Solid audit experience in PCAOB engagement of IPO and annual audits as well as knowledge in US capital market

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with clients and stakeholders

• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Manager
