Key Responsibilities:

Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the banking and finance sector.

Drive annual revenue generation exceeding USD 10 million.

Lead high-impact solution selling, including digital transformation initiatives tailored to client needs.

Stay on top of emerging trends in fintech, regulatory changes, and client challenges.

Collaborate across teams to develop innovative client offerings.
Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (e.g., MBA) preferred.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales within the banking and finance industry.

Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets with annual revenue contribution.

Demonstrated experience in supporting financial institutions through digital transformation.

Strong business acumen and a passion for shaping innovative, client-focused solutions.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
