Financial Controller (Stationed in Vietnam)

Responsibilities :

• Set up and lead the finance team of business in Vietnam to oversee accounting, financial management, treasure, legal and tax-related issues ;
• Work closely with senior management to analyse financial data and deliver actionable insights that drive effective commercial decision ;
• Ensure financial control is maintained and carried out efficiently with the Company’s financial strategy, including internal control and risk management ;
• Assist in system implementation ;
• Liaise with relevant local government authorities and ensure compliance with local statutory requirements; and
• Handle ad hoc projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting or related discipline with a strong technical background ;
• Holder of a professional account qualification CPA or equivalent ;
• At least 10 years of accounting/finance experience, including a minimum of 5 recent years in manufacturing operations a must ;
• Experience in an overseas manufacturing plant/factory is a strong advantage ;
• Excellent leadership, supervisory and management skills ;
• Strong presentation, communication and interpersonal skills, combined with excellent analytical thinking and business acumen ;
• Fluent in English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin) ;
• Stationed in Vietnam

Candidate with less experience will be offered the position of Deputy Financial Controller.
