Accounting Clerk

Qualifications & experience

• F.5/HKDSE or above, with an LCCI Intermediate level certification or equivalent

• Minimum 2 years experiences in handle full set of accounts

• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing

• Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivation, attention to detail, and willing to learn

• Flexible mindset and personality

• Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)

• Knowledge in ERP system

Tasks & responsibilities

• Handle daily accounts receivable and invoicing operations

• Perform accurate data entries, prepare invoices and vouchers, and reconcile bank receipt transactions

• Follow up on receivables with customers

• Assist with monthly reporting and compliance assignments

• Handle in ad-hoc duties as required

• Provide administrative support when necessary
