Environmental Manager

Requirements

• Degree or Higher Diploma in environmental studies or environmental engineering or related disciplines;

• A corporate member of the HKIE in Environmental Discipline or a full member of the CIWEM;

• BEAM Pro in NB2.0;

• Good interpersonal, communication and organizational skills;

• Good command of spoken and written in English and Chinese;

Job Duties

• Prepare, implement and update the Environmental Management Plan (EMP), BEAM Plus Reports and relevant documents to ensure compliance with the legal / contractual / BEAM Plus requirements;

• Prepare and update the monthly environmental reports for site meeting;

• Maintain environmental and energy management system of site;

• At least two project experiences in BEAM Plus submission including FA;

• Liaise on all matters relating to environmental monitoring and auditing;

• Attend regular site meetings and environmental-related meetings;

• Carry out inspections of the site for identifying potential hazards to the environment and give advice on measures or corrective actions;

• Arrange environmental training including the site-specific induction training and toolbox talks
