IoT Project Manager - Smart Building Solutions

Position Overview

We’re looking for an experienced IoT Project Manager to lead smart building projects from start to finish. You will connect our technical teams with clients to ensure projects are delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Management

  • Oversee the entire IoT project lifecycle, from planning to deployment.

  • Manage timelines, budgets, and resources.

  • Use project management tools for complex IoT projects.

• Client Relations

  • Be the main contact for clients during project planning.

  • Hold regular meetings to update clients on progress.

  • Address client concerns and maintain strong relationships.

• Team Coordination

  • Work with clients and internal teams (IT and developers).

  • Customize IoT solutions for building management.

  • Ensure IoT devices integrate well with existing infrastructure.

• Maintenance & Support

  • Manage post-deployment support and maintenance.

  • Handle client issues and ensure timely resolutions.

  • Implement preventive maintenance strategies.

• Risk & Quality Management

  • Identify and manage project risks.

  • Ensure cybersecurity practices are followed.

  • Conduct testing before deployment

Required Qualifications

• Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • Certifications in IoT or cybersecurity are a plus.

• Experience

  • At least 2 years of project management experience.

  • Proven success in managing projects with tight deadlines.

• Technical Skills

  • Understanding of software development and networking.

  • Knowledge of IoT technologies and cloud platforms (like AWS or Google Cloud).
