Objective of the Position:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Executive to join our growing Promotion Team. You will be responsible for developing impactful promotion strategies. You will implement marketing & sales campaigns that are industry-leading. You help to manage our annual promotion & sales calendar and communicate across teams and functions.

What You'll Do:

• You will be responsible for planning, implementing and evaluating marketing campaigns and other promotion projects
• You will implement promotion strategies on time and with high accuracy. 
• You will proactively liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth collaboration
• You will help to develop impactful new and innovative promotion & sales events
• You will help with setting up promotions or communication campaigns in different systems 
• Monitor and analyze market competitors and consumer insights to sharpen promotion strategies regularly

What You Have:

• Possesses a bachelor's degree or higher in business administration, marketing or similar 
• 4+ years of marketing experience, knowledge in the e-commerce/FMCG industry would be an advantage
• Experience working with internal and external stakeholders
• Team player with a strong analytical mindset and hands-on attitude
• Strong sense of responsibility, well organized with exceptional problem-solving skills 
• Experience in independently completing projects would be a plus
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Quick learner, proactive and independent
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Excellent command of written and verbal communication in English and Cantonese.
